Ingredients
- 200 g quark or curd cheese (kohupiim)
- 1 handful berries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp honey, optional
Method
- Spoon the quark into a bowl.
- Top with the berries, seeds and a little honey.
- Stir once and eat.
