Ingredients
- 2 slices dark rye bread
- 2 tbsp curd cheese or cottage cheese
- 1 boiled egg or slices of smoked fish
- Cucumber, radish, dill and cracked pepper
Method
- Spread the rye bread with curd or cottage cheese.
- Layer on the egg or fish and the sliced vegetables.
- Finish with dill and pepper. Eat open, knife and fork.
