Kama smoothie
Estonian kama flour blended with kefir and berries — a fibre-rich four-grain breakfast in two minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 ml kefir or plain yoghurt
- 3 tbsp kama flour (roasted barley, rye, oat and pea mix)
- 1 handful berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp honey, to taste
Method
- Put the kefir and kama flour in a glass and stir well so no lumps remain.
- Add the berries and honey and blend, or mash the berries in by hand for a rougher texture.
- Let it stand a minute to thicken, then drink straight away.

Kama is a traditional Estonian roasted-grain flour; kefir adds protein and gut-friendly cultures.
