Oat pancakes
Blender pancakes from oats, egg and banana — no flour, ready fast.

Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt
Method
- Blend everything to a smooth batter and let it stand 5 minutes to thicken.
- Cook spoonfuls in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and finish.
- Serve with berries or a little yoghurt.
Good to know
Oats add soluble fibre; the banana means you need little or no added sugar.
